Since then, however, there has been a radical change which may be observed in the trend towards quality servicing stations. They must be able to withstand international competition. This entails numerous requirements such as the advent of a universally skilled motor vehicle mechatronic and a constantly rising need for continuing training. Of the different strategies which may be applied to meet this growing volume of continuing training demand, the development of computerassisted tutorial working systems with "learning" software which combine work and learning seems to offer the best prospects for the future. | Herausgeber: | | Buch/Zeitschriftname: | VOCATIONAL TRAINING [ISSN: 0378-5068] | Verlag: | | Ort: | Bremen | Jahr: | 1995 | Jhrg.: | | BdNr.: | | HeftNr.: | 5 | Seitenzahl: | 45-52 | ISBN/ISSN: | | Preis: | 3,00 DM | BestellNr.
